Last week, Microsoft has announced, that they would publish a new Windows 10 Mobile Build for its Insider Program on the last Friday. However this build was cancelled because their was a bug that made it impossible to update to a newer build.
“I have some bad news folks. We discovered an issue late last night that would have caused builds *after* 10536 to not install over it.”

Nevertheless, today there is a new build without so serious bugs. Microsoft has improved many things and added some new features like the one-handed mode for smaller devices. You can get an overview about improvements, new features and the known issues here.
For all who are already Insiders and on Windows 10 Mobile Build 10512: The update will take a little bit longer than normal, because before the update on Build 10536.1004 can be installed, you need to install two other updates, Build 10514 and Build 10536.1000
Here again the instructions for all who are interested in joining the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Program. You need to download the Windows Insider App from the store. In the app you have to log in with your Microsoft Account and choose whether fast or slow ring (slow: new builds come later, but with not so many bugs and risks).
After that the update to the Windows 10 Mobile preview should be shown in the settings. But don’t forget that this is a preview so maybe there are bugs or other problems. A preview should be used for testing and not as a productivity system. (Ok, I use it on my daily device as well but I can’t recommend this because there could be big bugs or problems which could damage the device)
There will be an article about the new build with more details in the next days.
