It seems like there is a big problem across the Windows Store on all platforms. A bug is not only breaking in-app purchases but also makes users losing access to previously purchased in-app purchases. The bug does not only appear in some apps or on one platform but in all. Well-know developer Rudy Huyn explained this on Twitter:
This bug occurs on ALL Windows (phone, 8.1, 10, mobile, etc…) and with ALL apps, so please, don’t blame app developers, it’s not our fault.”
The bug seems to be quite big so that it is a bit surprising that Microsoft was not saying anything about it yet. Nevertheless I hope that they are already working on a fix.
