Microsoft has made some improvements to its Edge Browser but they are not enough to make it the default browser for many users.
While Google is updating Chrome regularly with new features, Microsoft is just updating Edge twice a year during major Windows 10 updates. This problem could be solved by bringing Edge to the Windows Store. According to Neowin.net, Microsoft is planning this for the Redstone 3 Windows 10 update. This would mean that Edge becomes more competitive and that Microsoft could update it as often as needed.
